Plans start at Starter Care and scale with the size and risk of the site. Pricing is monthly and month-to-month, listed on our pricing page — no annual lock-in.
Do unused hours roll over?
Yes — for Growth and Scale plans, unused task hours roll over for up to one month. Starter does not include rollover.
Can you support non-WordPress stacks?
Yes. We support Shopify, PrestaShop, and custom Astro / Next.js front-ends. We'll scope the specifics during the initial health audit.
Do you use staging before updates go live?
For Growth and Scale plans, we stage all significant updates and verify with a checklist before deploying to the live site.
What if something breaks after an update?
We roll back immediately, isolate the cause, and re-deploy a tested fix. Daily backups mean we're never starting from scratch.
Can I upgrade or cancel my plan?
Yes. Plans are month-to-month — upgrade at any time, or cancel with 30 days notice. No lock-in.
