How soon do you respond?
Most enquiries get a response within 24–72 hours, Monday to Friday (WAT). WhatsApp messages are typically answered the same business day.
Can we start with a discovery call?
Yes. Share your context via the form or WhatsApp and we'll schedule a short strategy session before finalising scope. The call is free and there's no obligation afterwards.
Do you work with international clients?
Yes. Our delivery and communication workflows are built for distributed teams across time zones — we currently work with businesses in Nigeria, the UK, the US, Canada and the UAE.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. We're happy to sign a mutual NDA before detailed project discussions. Request one via email or WhatsApp and we'll turn it around quickly.
What information should I include in my brief?
What you're trying to achieve, roughly what you can invest, and when you need it live. Everything else we can work out on the call — you don't need a formal spec.
